THE HISTORY OF TECHNOLOGY
In the history of technologies a lot of processes can be found where the final product should show an endless variety. The first and most well known among them was the Gutenberg typography. The semantically meaningless, poured in moulds, movable letter types are capable to be assembled to any meaningful word, sentence and finally to produce any book in mass-scale and in low price. Similarly to this, the esthetically neutral, poured in moulds gypsum surface elements of non-tectonic systems are capable to be assembled to realize any building structure.
OPEN BUILDING SYSTEM
The non-tectonic systems represent the open systems of building industrialization. It means that the phases of design-manufacture-assembly are coordinated to the given task.
It is possible to create a structural and technological variation meeting perfectly the local conditions and requirements The technology can perfectly satisfy the local geographical, weather, seismic needs, the social, cultural and religious traditions.

METHOD OF DESIGN
In our training center we teach the architects to co-operate in technology
In our training center we teach the future teachers designated by our partners. In their country these teachers would train the supervisors and workers of manufacture and construction. The employees should pass the Gremound exams both in theory and practice.
We provide a worldwide unique production technology for application of special gypsum elements and special concrete technology.
SYSTEM OF LOGISTICS
Gremound is provided with a complete system of logistics from arrival of the raw material until the completion of construction.
The staff of our training center is devoted to teach both the engineers and future instructors in the highest possible level. This could guaranty the smooth cooperation and the proper use of technology.
ELIGIBILITY OF THE TECHNOLOGY IN DESERT AREAS
The technology can realize most economically any architectural concept on the level of mass-production and industrialization. We have elaborated a non-sophisticated but special design method for engineers designated by our partners. The task of these architects should be to translate a given architectural concept to the "language" of Gremound non-tectonic systems, that is to adapt a design while knowing the complete series of the manufactured elements.
CO-ORDINATED METHOD OF DESIGN
In our training center the engineers should learn the coordinated design method and composition standards of Gremound non-tectonic systems. They should also be acquainted with the auxiliary structures for construction, the content and schedule of on site assembly steps.
THE APPLIED SOFTWARES
For specification of the manufactured elements and for schedule of construction steps Excel is used, for two-dimensional design AutoCad, Designer or CorelDraw are applied, whilst for three-dimensional design AutoCad, ArchiCad or SketchUp are needed. The use of these softwares can also be learned in the framework of training program.
The vocational system of technology was compiled very thoroughly taking into consideration the necessary labor and proper tools in each and every work phases.
One of the services of our training center is the instructors' training for our partner companies. In this training the dedicated persons can acquire the full theoretical, practical knowledge of technology and the safety regulations as well. With this knowledge would be developed to instructors' level in order to train our partners' employees in mass scale. This training is held either in the instructor's home country or in our training center and at the end of the course the future instructors should pass the exams in theory, practice, labor safety and instructors' knowledge.
The already trained instructors carry their task based on very detailed handbook and they train the employees for different processes of the Gremound non-tectonic system. The basic concept of the system that each employee should be trained and tested in one work process only. After having the necessary experience that is gaining not less than half a year routine he can pass the exam of another work process. This system can guaranty the most effective use of labor.
The Grèmound non-tectonic system is based on two fundamental technologies. Both needs special machineries and thorough attention was paid in development to minimize the possibilities of failure and the extreme temperature conditions of desert areas was also considered.
Our strategic cooperating partner in gypsum technology is a German engineering office and machine producer of many decade tradition renewing the several spheres of industry in the past years.
It is important to know that we use a concrete of special recipe and consistency. For creating and conveying this basic material special machineries were created. This task was done in a Hungarian-Australian research and development cooperation.

The Grèmound non-tectonic system calls into being a mass scale industrial production. The utilization of production capacity is based on a well prepared system of logistics. Both the reception of raw materials, the storing, the on-site transport of materials, the determination of labor demand as well can be tailor made by our partners for optimizing them.
